Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be pre-approved. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it in. Please contact us for authorization prior to returning your item, and note the return window time frame below. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items should be packaged in a way that ensures they arrive back to us undamaged. Make sure your return has been authorized by us before you ship it!

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement only. In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for return shipping information.

*All returns must be requested and received back at our main office within 30 days of purchase.
